Sandor from Eco-Max did a great job of coordinating the people required to repair the stucco, parging and rotting wood behind the damaged wall of our house. The work they did was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great company to repair parging or stucco on your house.

Wonderful customer experience from estimate to job cleanup! Over the last few years, woodpeckers have been damaging the EIFS siding on our home. Searching high and low for solutions at a reasonable cost, we engaged Eco-Max Construction to apply an armored coating to prevent future damage. Sandor and his crew take pride in a job well done and ensure their customer is satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Eco-Max Construction for your home exterior needs!

We used Eco Max for our house and garage. Sandor arrived to give us his estimate on the cost of repairs and we received his estimate later the same evening. He was thorough and answered our questions thoughtfully and professionally. When the work began he was on site and kept us informed and updated through the whole process. His workers did top quality work and they too were receptive to our questions and all their work was done to a high quality standard. Sandor was pleasant to deal with and he offered many helpful suggestions. We will consider them for future work.

We are very happy with job that eco-max did on our house. Sandor arrived to give us an estimate and was very courteous, professional and offered many helpful suggestions. He sent us our estimate the same evening and once we accepted his quote we agreed on a start date. His crew showed up and the quality of their work was done to a very high standard. Sandor would check in on the progress and kept us informed all the way through the process. The workers did quality work and paid attention to even the smallest of details and were very open to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to use Eco-Max in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Sandor and his team at Eco-max did very good work doing foundation re-parging and fireplace chimney acrylic stucco work on our circa 1971 home. Couple minor details were addressed promptly to our satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Eco-Max to quote and scope out similar or other construction needs.

Eco-Max repaired holes in a problem corner of our house (Northern Flickers), covered the area with their pecker-proof coating and re-painted this part of the wall. The result looks excellent and blends in very well with the rest. Eco-Max also repaired and stained soffit and fascia around our roof and installed additional drip flashing. All done very well. Sandor's crew got the job done on budget and exactly on time as agreed on, while we were away on a trip. We are very happy with the entire job.

After getting about 15 woodpecker and flicker holes on our home we knew we had to get new stucco. Sandor and his team did a great job. We really appreciate the work.

Sandor and his team did a great job repairing a leak we discovered around our picture window. They came out to assess the damage and provided us with a quote completely free of charge. Once the repair was completed, since the damage was less extensive than originally anticipated, they actually reduced the final bill accordingly.

We had contacted other companies that wanted to charge us $500 just to provide a quote, and they were only willing to repair the stucco. That would have meant hiring a second crew to repair the damage behind it. Sandor and his team handled everything from start to finish, which made the whole process so much easier.

They were professional, honest, and did quality work. We really appreciated their approach and would definitely recommend them!

Eco-Max did an excellent job! We appreciated Sandor's quick responses and the two fellows who did the parging worked well together. They were especially careful around the plants and hardscape. And we are very pleased with the parging they did on the house. A job well done!!

Incredible experience from start to finish! We needed the stucco and parging fixed on my mom's 1970s house, and the team exceeded our expectations. Their communication was top-notch, making the whole process stress-free for her. The quality of the work is pristine, and the paint match is flawless. They were also incredibly clean and respectful of her property. Thank you for a job well done!

I am so impressed by Sandor and his Eco-Max Construction team, who worked swiftly to address serious siding damage on my home (caused by flickers...). They are a delightful group, and their work is impeccable. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Sandor and his team did a great job on my stucco repair at the both corners of my garage due to water damage. Fair price, and quality work. I would recommend this company for any stucco repairs needed.

Had an excellent experience dealing with the guys at Eco-Max. I used them for two projects and both were completed to a high standard. I was also particularity pleased with the care and consideration they demonstrated throughout, taking care to not to damage or shortcut anything. Will use them again.

I hired Eco-Max Construction to do some stucco repair and to woodpecker proof the exterior on a couple of our commercial buildings here in Calgary. Sandor was very transparent and easy to deal with. He provided a couple of addresses to show work he had done (both recent and a few years ago). He accommodated the tenants preferred schedule and made sure his crew cleaned up afterwards. Do not hesitate to give Eco-Max Construction a call if you need any stucco or exterior work at your home or commercial building.

I requested an online quote from Eco-Max Construction to repair stucco from bird damage. Sandor was quick to respond and scheduled a site visit to ensure the quote would cover the scope of work. I also had parging repaired as well as concrete driveway cracks repaired and then sealed. Throughout the project, Sandor stayed in touch and kept me updated. The work team was professional and skilled. The work is now complete and I’m very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Eco-Max Construction without hesitation.

Eco-Max Construction replaced our vinyl siding with stucco. We are very happy with the results. Sandor and crew were very professional, very strong work ethics, and provided a good product. No surprises or hidden costs. Quality with integrity is rare in this day and age.

We are very happy with our new Adex Graphex system meant to prevent future damage from our neighbourhood Northern Flicker. Our stucco looks good as new again, and matches the previous colour perfectly. Sandor responded quickly to my quote request and came in with a fair price. The work was completed as fast as it could with the curing time for each layer and changeable Calgary weather, and the crew left our yard as clean as they found it. Sandor and team are professional and don't try to upsell you on something you don't need, and he takes the time to answer all of your questions honestly. Time will tell if Woody can get through the exterior wall again, but a 10 year guarantee gives us peace of mind. I would recommend Eco-Max to anyone dealing with woodpecker damage on their EIFS, or any other exterior surface requirement.

The Eco-max team (under Mr. Nagy leadership) did a fantastic job. In fact, they went above and beyond on extra challenges that were not anticipated without asking/requesting for extra charge after the deal was already signed.

I would recommend their service

From quote process to final inspection this firm was reliable, on time and professional. Staff kept me informed at all phases of the stucco refurbishment and painting process. Stood hands above the competition in responses to questions and quote process. Quality of work was excellent. Would recommend to a friend.

The Eco Max team did an excellent work repairing stucco all around the house and water proofing the Deck duradeck joint tie- in joint .
Team members are competent , hard workers and courteous

Recently had the top front-face of my house repaired and coated to prevent further damage from woodpeckers. Great service. The Eco-Max team was really professional and friendly, and they did a really nice job with the repairs. The work seems well done and the paint match was spot on.

Friendly and professional service. Very helpful with suggestions on providing the best service. Removed decorative boxes from house which the woodpecker’s made into their own homes. And painted the house.

Very professional, punctual, friendly and polite staff. Sandors timely responses, reasonable estimates and consistent communication were impressive. We are very pleased with the work and the outcome of our home projects. We will definitely use Sandor and his company for future projects.

Review for Eco-Max Construction
We had our stucco repaired and coated with a woodpecker-proof finish by Eco-Max Construction, and they did an awesome job! Sandor and his wife were super friendly, polite, and easy to work with. The work looks great, and we’re super happy with the results. We’d definitely call them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing stucco repairs!

We had a major problem with woodpeckers damaging our stucco, and this company came to the rescue. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They not only repaired the holes seamlessly, but also matched the color and texture perfectly—you can’t even tell where the damage was.

What impressed me most was the care they took to ensure the repairs would hold up long-term and the advice they gave us to prevent future woodpecker issues. The team worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and left our home looking better than ever.

If you’re dealing with stucco repairs or woodpecker damage, I highly recommend this company. Excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service!

Sandor and his crew (Dan etc) are the definition of good service, communication and reliability. He did a major job on my house to refinish it from the studs up and did a fantastic job. He stood behind his work and has helped me even assess other issues at my home. I sincerely recommend him and Ecomax, and will be doing work again with them. Thank you Sandor!

We hired Sándor and Eco-Max Construction to redo the acrylic stucco on our house this spring.
It was heavily damaged by hail and some very persistent woodpeckers.
Sándor and his amazing team of top quality craftsmen did an incredible job.
The house exterior was completely transformed and we are very happy with the results.
Sándor and his team are very experienced and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns and delivered a top notch job. They were above expectations. They were always on time and on budget, which nowadays almost never happens 😄
Highly highly recommend!

We hired Eco-Max to address our woodpecker problem. Sandor offered a solution that not only filled the holes but applied a long term protection to all of our second floor window batons. They filled the holes, then applied two coats of a protective material and one coat of the matching stucco. The results look great. Sandor and his team worked hard on this project, including some Saturdays and Sundays in order to avoid the rain. Sandor shows personal interest in the project and is very prompt in responding. He came over on the very first day I called him about a quote. His pricing was much better than the other company I was considering. I enjoy doing business with this type of company - they want to see the job done right, take pride in their work and don't cut corners. I certainly recommend them.

We had 3 large woodpecker holes in the battons of our front windows. The chickadees and sparrows thought these holes would make a good home and started to go in the holes and were spitting out the foam from inside the holes
We were fearful they'd nest in these holes. It became critical that we get our stucco damage repaired. I called a couple of stucco companies and received quotes. Then, I called Eco-Max Construction and spoke directly with Sandor. He responded back very promptly, asking for pictures. After I sent him our pictures, he gave us a quote immediately that we were happy with. After signing the contract, Sandor and his team arrived at our home the next day and filled the holes. They had to wait 2 days for the repair to cure, and they wanted to match the color of our stucco. On the second day after filling our holes, Sandor and his team returned and completed our job. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the customer service Sandor provided us. He's very kind, efficient, and professional. We never would have known his
crew was even at our home as everything was cleaned up immaculately. The repair was completed beautifully, and you'd never even know we had 3 large woodpecker holes in our stucco. THANK YOU, SANDOR!!

Sandor came to quote on a repair job for some parging . Quote came out to less than half of another quote, so we went ahead with Sandor. He came and did the prep work then came back to add the finishing coat. Did a fantastic job and would recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

I had a stucco wall that had water damage. Called Eco-Max. Sandor responded quickly and came and evaluated the damage. He recommended a comprehensive fix. His cost to complete the repair was very fair. The repairs have been completed. You cannot tell that the wall was ever damaged. Great job.

Absolutely awesome company to deal with! Sandor is extremely easy to deal with and is very customer focused which took the stress out of getting such a large job done. He and his staff were punctual, friendly, very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and did a brilliant job of repairing and restoring 50 year old, very damaged stucco and kept the costs to what was quoted. We would have no hesitation in recommending ECO-Max Construction for any jobs in their field.

Sandor and his team did some parging and stucco repairs on my house. He pointed out a few issues with my stucco that I had not noticed and he made a few recommendations which I really appreciated. He was very professional and his price was very competitive. I was extremely happy with his work and I would definitely recommend Eco-Max Construction.

I had a 2019 built home ravaged by woodpeckers leaving 35 large holes on the outside wall. I asked this contractor to fix them. Sandor, the owner of the company did a marvellous job! He used materials impenetrable by woodpecker to redo the whole wall. The woodpeckers came back but couldn’t make any more holes. Also this company acted very professional and their staff were cordial respectful and just very nice people. Their bill was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them

We had Sandor and his crew paint our house back in the summer of 2021. They did a fantastic job and it still looks great. They pride themselves on quality work and customer service. Recently our downspout from the top floor blew off with the strong winds. Sandor came over on short notice and reinstalled it right away. He also repaired some parging above a flower bed for us. He goes out of his way to provide top notch service. Highly recommend!!

Very professional and customer oriented team. Sandor took the time to answer all my question and to offer the best options to provide a work of quality to renovate the parging of the house and to remove the old paint of the siding at the lower level. Great results by a great team.

This fall, we hired Eco-Max Construction to salvage our stucco project, initiated by another contractor over a year ago. A heartfelt thank you to Sandor and his team for rectifying all the deficiencies left behind by the previous contractor and completing the stucco work before the onset of cold weather. The communication was exceptional—reliable, honest, and we were very pleased with the quality of their work.
Impressed by their professionalism, and successful completion of the stucco project, we decided to hire Eco-Max for another job involving gutter and downspouts replacement, and once again, it was a success. Additionally, we entrusted them with some other exterior trim painting touch-ups, and the results were great.
Deciding to engage Eco-Max for the completion of our exterior renovation was the best decision we made, and our satisfaction couldn't be greater. Kudos to the entire team – you truly are the best!

We had Sandor and his crew redo our parging, some repairs around the window, and replace our eavetroughs and install leaf guards. We are pleased with the quality of work, and customer service after the fact. From our experience, we would recommend him... Gene

Sandor did extensive stucco repair on our home. He is a consummate professional with excellent craftsmanship. His prices are fair for the high quality work he does. Sandor responds quickly to communication and arrives on time ready to apply his trade. We recommend him highly.

Eco-Max did an excellent job on our stucco & tile repairs, as well as painting the front of our house. Sandor was persistent in sourcing the replacement tile to match the existing tiles. He and his crew are very professional, polite and efficient. We are very happy with the quality of work they provided and would highly recommend them for exterior painting and restoration work.

I am truly thankful for Eco-Max Construction Inc. Sandor was tremendously helpful. He is quick to communicate, will go the extra mile to care for his customers, and provides a great result. I have a few more projects I still need to get done next year and I'll be working with Eco-Max Construction Inc again.

When our house was for sale this summer Eco-Max came to our rescue. We had a stucco problem, on one side of our house, that was losing us buyers. Eco-Max came out quickly to assess our problem. They removed our sagging stucco, completed underlying repairs and applied fresh stucco to the area. I don’t know how they did a colour match to the rest of the decades old stucco on that side of the house, but it turned out perfectly. Thank you Eco-Max, you're the best!

Sandor and team did a great job on a stucco repair for our home. He is a very hard worker and will ensure that the job is done properly and efficiently. I will give Sandor a call when any other work on our house is required.

I don't usually write reviews but I rely on reviews so I decided to commend the work Sandor Nagy and his team did. They repaired and painted our stucco. The work was excellent and they were on time. Sandor was very responsive including evenings and weekends. I highly recommend them.

Sandro and his team did a great job in performing the Stucco repairs we requested. Throughout the job, their professionalism was outstanding. They provided detailed walkthroughs and checked-in as they progressed and helped us understand the root cause of the issues causing damage to the stucco. We felt we received great value and high quality work. I highly recommend Eco-Max Construction to anyone needing assistance with Stucco repairs.

I had some stucco repair work done on my home this summer. Sandor was professional and knowledgeable. His team worked quickly and their clean-up was exceptional. Price was as quoted and very fair. I would highly recommend Sandor and Eco-Max Construction.

Ecomax did a substantial renovation to my house. I used them for full stucco recoat, soffits, facia, eavestrough, stone work, cladding, painting and parging. I would highly recommend Sandor and Ecomax. High quality work and very responsive. In addition, good value for money - the quotes all come in as quoted. What I really appreciate is that they stand behind their work. They even fixed some substandard work by Lux Windows.
Couple things need fixing and Sandor is super responsive and no questions asked. He makes sure its right. I would use Ecomax again in a heart beat. Super satisfied with Ecomax work.

Sandor has been amazing to work with. He is professional, responsive and does good quality work. All my exterior work was handled by him and didn't have to worry about anything. For my project, he did soffit, fascia, gutters, stucco, metal cladding and stonework. My project also had challenges with bad framing and issues. Sandor helped me work around those issues and resolve as much as possible so future issues don't occur. It would of been nice if I had found him sooner as I had worked with others in the past and can compare. He is also friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend him over others for your exterior needs.

Eco-Max has done two jobs for us in the last year. First was Stucco on a new build and the second was changing the stucco color on our home. On both jobs we found Eco-Max to be a professional organization with integrity that can be counted on. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. From start to finish the job site was kept clean and everyone was professional and respectful. Would and already have recommended the company to others needing their services.
Well done.

Stucco job was done as it was sold! High quality workmanship, professional, reliable, they come to the job site on time and cleanup when the job is complete. Sandor was easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with.
